RETURN POLICY

Custom Pieces:
If you place an order but we are unavailable for the date, I will contact you with a full refund immediately. 
 
Once I have received your flowers and begun your pieces, your sale in considered final and you are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We take special care in creating personalized items tailored to your preferences, hence, regretfully, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these bespoke creations.

Damaged Items:
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at frolicflowerpreservation@gmail.com. Kindly include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll work swiftly to address the issue and find a satisfactory resolution.

SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange the date of your flower drop-off or shipment and send you the address to our Spring Branch, Houston location.

You can either ship your flowers to us, or drop them off directly. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your flowers to us.
