How to Ship Your Flowers 

Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange the date of your flower drop-off or shipment and send you the address to our Spring Branch, Houston location.

You can either ship your flowers to us, or drop them off directly. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your flowers to us.

HOW TO PACK YOUR FLOWERS VIDEO

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

  • We highly recommend using UPS or FedEx for shipping. Please do NOT use USPS because we have had issues receiving packages with them.

  • We highly recommend choosing 'Next Day Air' or "1-2 Day Shipping" so that your flowers can get to us as fresh as possible.

  • We recommend shipping your flowers within 24-48 hours after your event. Flowers dry prettiest when they arrive fresh!  Please note that Frolic Flower is not responsible for damage incurred by the shipping provider before arriving to our location.

  • Please be aware of the shipping provider's closed days, such as Sunday or Holidays- ensure you ship on a day where the flowers will not be delayed by closed days

  • Pre-dried flowers, you can mail your flowers through ground shipping.

KEEP YOUR FLOWERS FRESH BEFORE SHIPPING:

  • If possible trim off about 1/8″ from stem and place in a vase with a little fresh water.

  • Keeping them in a cool, dark place

  • Do not put your flowers in the freezer
